CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking Policy ⋆ A card on file is required to book. ⋆ All deposits are non-refundable and charged upon booking. Your deposit goes towards your scheduled service. ⋆ The remaining balance can be paid in cash or card only. Tap to pay is available! Rescheduling & Cancellations ⋆ I understand that things come up — if you need to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible. ⋆ You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled date and time. ⋆ Earlier communication is always appreciated when rescheduling. ⋆ Same-day rescheduling requires an additional deposit. ⋆ Same-day cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the booked service. ⋆ No-shows without communication will be banned from booking future appointments. ⋆ A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after that, you will be considered a no-show.
