CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment & Cancellation Policy ⋆ All deposits are non-refundable, but they go toward your scheduled service. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or card. Tap to pay is available! ⋆ A credit card is required to hold your appointment and allow for easy checkout. ⋆ For your safety, credit card information can be provided over the phone, but it must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. ⋆ Your card information is not automatically saved when you send your deposit. ⋆ Please contact me at (626)3437040 immediately after sending your deposit to complete this final step. ⋆ If credit card information and/or the deposit are not received within 24 hours, your appointment may be canceled. Rescheduling & Cancellations ⋆ I understand that things come up — if you need to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible. ⋆ You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled date and time. ⋆ Earlier communication is always appreciated when rescheduling. ⋆ Same-day rescheduling requires an additional deposit. ⋆ Same-day cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the booked service. ⋆ No-shows without communication will be banned from booking future appointments. ⋆ A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after that, you will be considered a no-show.
